    2. I just found out some interesting information about my 9th great grandmother Mary/Maria (?). Mary/Maria immigrated from Bermuda to New Netherland with husband Willem Gerritsen and children in 1659. After Gerrit died Mary/Maria m. Gerrit Remmersen. Their children were named Gerritsen. In Brooklyn there was a mill called Gerritsen's Mill.
