    3. Marshall sorry for the delayed response. Genealogy time has been to a minimum lately. I have a Frances Adelaide Lake as a daughter of John Godown Lake and Gertrude VanFleet. She married Samuel Case son of Samuel Case and Jane Waldron. Samuel Case and Jane Waldron were my 3 Great Grandparents. I do not have any sources for the Lakes. Mr. Williamson, Postmaster at Ringoes, has received a letter from Nathan Robbins, of Hamilton Square, Mercer county, in which he says: "Solomon Lake came to our place perhaps 40 years ago, married and lived within a few miles of us, at different places, until he died, May 12, 1879.
