Wit: Peter Batt and Adam Heckman. 13 Feb 1806. William Wortman was a witness to a slave manumission p. 150 in the book, p. 100 in the manumission records, 9 June 1797. The slave's name was Toney, aged 33, late slave of Jacob Kline, dec'd.
