His widow, Abigail James, arelinquishes admin of his estate 8 Nov 1813 MB 7, p 69 JACOB JAMES died ca. 1800 married Anna Beavers Here is the will of WIlliam Beaver of Rockingham County NC William Beavers made his will 26 Jul 1788. Item My Will and desire is that Should Negro Sue have any Issue My Daughter Abigail Beavers shall have the first Live Born Child and My Daughter Receeak [Rebeccah] Beavers the Second and at my Wife's Death the said Negro and the Rest of her Increase if any Be Sold Except the third Live Born Child Which I Bequeathe to My Son William Beavers When it is two years old and Money arising to be Equally Divided among all my Children.
