Have any ENT researchers looked at the Vineland Historical Magazine, vol. 14, no. 2 [4] (Oct 1929)? Apparently there’s a brief article on the Ent-Hensel families, including a John Teobald ENT (b. ca. 1710). What is known of John Teobald ENT? What does this article contain on the family? My interest is Esther ENT (1757-24 Jun 1846) who married Daniel BUTTERFOSS (1742-5 Dec 1818). At present Esther is fatherless. I’m looking for other ENT males, contemporary with Valentine ENT (whose children seem reasonably well established), who could have been Esther’s father. Or is it possible Esther was a daughter of Valentine? It is provocative that a Valentine Ent BUTTERFOSS was a son of Daniel BUTTERFOSS and Esther. The archives of the Hunterdon List provide some Ent data, but mainly on Valentine’s line.
