I'm interested in the Welsh Farm that was located about 1 1/2 miles northwest of New Germantown on the north side of what is now called Hill and Dale Road. It was purchased by John Jacob and Catherine (Crater) Welsh in 1797. He died in 1810 and she lived there until her death in 1845. Their son, William, might have owned the farm until his death in 1862. Does anyone know if the old farmhouse still exists? Richard Welch Farmington, New Mexico
