I have a Robert Greene who was father to Isaac Greene b. March 5, 1734/35 in Hunterdon co., NJ. He was married to Mary Paxson, b. January 25, 1734/35 near Piscataway, NJ. They had 8 children: John, Abigail, Alice, Mary, Robert, Reuben, Lydia and Susannah. The family relocated to Grayson co., Virginia. I don't know the names of Isaac's siblings, but the family Bible from the mid 1800's had Isaac's father's name as Robert and his mother as Mary. And Robert's father was listed as William, but his mother was listed as Elizabeth. Both were said to have been born in England. Perhaps this could be the same family.
