Hi Richard, Thank you for responding. The only information I have found regarding Magdalene Latourette I found on Ancestry.com Tree Project which you may already have. Here is the information. I do not known how accurate this information is. Latourette b: 3 Oct 1817 in Hillsboro Twp, Somerset, NJ There is a Magadlene (as spelled in Ancestry.com) Waldron shown with William on the 1850 Raritan, Hunterdon, New Jersey census. Living nearby is Zebulon with Lettetia Stout and James with Elizabeth Deats. Also living in Raritan, Hunterdon County, New Jersey is Garrit Latourrette. Garrett Latourette was born in 1798 to Peter and Margaret (Stout) Latourette. I wonder if Magdalene was also a child of Peter and Margaret Latourette. She would have been a very late baby as Margaret would have be about 50, but possible and the location is right. In 1860 it shows Magdalene Waldron with William in Raritan, Hunterdon, New Jersey. Living nearby is James Laterett age 19 - a nephew maybe? Also, living nearby are two families with familiar name - Zebulon with Letitia and James with Elizabeth Deats. According to the above Mary Nietzer (Nitzer, Neitser, Nitser, Nietser) was the mother of Magdalene Latourette. I believe Jacob Nitzer (spouse Mary Kase or Maria Case) was Mary's father. I found the following on the internet: Hunterdon County Democrat Mar 17, 1841, Vol III, No. 29 (133) Died In Lebanon, on Saturday, the 27th ult., Jacob Nitzer, in the 100th year of his age. http://njsuttonfamily.org/Newspaper/jan1841.htm This is not much, but I hope somewhat helpful.
