I am writing to ask whether anyone knows of a searchable death index for New Jersey. I have written a biography of an ancestor from Lambertville, Hunterdon Co., New Jersey. I would like to complete it with the knowledge of when three of her daughters and a son-in-law died: a.. Ellen Dever Devine, b. 12 Sep 1853, d. aft 2 Jan 1920, prob. Lambertville b.. Thomas Devine, b. Oct 1846, d. aft 2 Jan 1920, prob. Lambertville c.. Mary A. 'Mamie' Dever Shannon, b. 8 Jan 1857, d. aft 8 Apr 1930, prob. Trenton d.. Anna Matilda 'Hannah' Dever Price, b. 21 Ar 1860, d. aft 2 Jan 1920, prob. Lambertville I can't narrow the death dates any further. I am reluctant to pay the NJ Dept. of Vital Statistics for such wide searches. To do so would cost me $34 in US dollars x4. Can anyone help me with this? I would welcome all advice. Thanks.
