    3. All I know about Theodore Housel is that in 1859 he named executor of the estate of Joseph Housel. The other executor was William Sergeant of Delaware Township, according to deed book 153 pg 194. Also, a Theodore Housel's will was recorded in 1897 (New Jersey Archives, Abstracts of Wills, #10035J). The Joseph Housel whose will was written in 1859 did not die until April 10, 1872. He lived at Headquarters in Delaware Township. He and his wife Rebecca were buried at Larison's Corner Cemetery (she died in 1841). I do not know if Theodore was their son, but there is reason to think he was. Joseph Housel's death on April 9, 1872 was announced in the Hunterdon Democrat. It said he was 92 years old.
