Beginning at a corner to a lot belonging to Cornelius Hoppock and land of John Hoppock, 1) by said John Hoppock S84W 8.37, 2) by a woodlot lately Archibald BuchannansN 33W 9.40 to middle of the great road from Centre Bridge to Flemington, 3) by same and land late of Jacob Rake dec'd 20.20, 4) by woodland and land of George Holcomb S 32 E 13.60 to a corner near the graveyard, 5) by land of cornelius HoppockS 48-30 W 12.36 to beginning, = 24.75 acres, being the same tract of land which was conveyed to Wm Rake by Asher Williamson and Henry Trimmer, executors of Jacob Rake dec'd by deed dated 1 May 1818.
