Aaron STRIMPLE, son of John Strimple and Elizabeth PETTIT, was born in 1803 in New Jersey. He died in 1890 in Huron County, Ohio. His wife Keziah STOUT was born in 1804 in New Jersey. She died in 1886 in Huron County, Ohio. Their oldest child, John, was born in 1829 in New Jersey. I'm looking for documentation of the marriage of Aaron Strimple and Keziah Stout. Based on their ages and the year of birth of their oldest child, I believe they were married in the 1820s. Since the 1816 guardianship record of Aaron, son of John, was produced in Hunterdon County, and since Elizabeth (Pettit) Strimple was living in Kingwood, New Jersey, in 1851, I believe they were married in Hunterdon County. Richard Godown's web site on "Godown Family History" has a page at http://thegodowns.com/d16/i0022530.htm that says they were married in Hunterdon County in 1828.
