In reply to your question I discovered that the middle names of Ezechiel & Polly WOOLLEY were derived from the last names of those who witnessed their baptism (ie. PLUM) at Zion Evangelical Church in New Germantown/Oldwick, NJ. I must admit that I can't remember checking all the names.
