    1. [NJHUDSON] Remembering Mulhern's in Jersey City

    3. My sister Kathleen McCormick remembers John (Son) very well. He was a year behind her in school. They both attended St. Bridget's RC on Montgomery St. JC and St. Michael High RC near Henderson St. , JC. He was very good looking and had a scholarship to St. Michael's and later through tract to Fordham University. His father ( she thinks was a policeman). He would have been born 1922. He became very successful but died fairly young. His sister Eileen (?) was very active in the Rosary Society. I'm the youngest in my family but remembered a Mulhearn that she said died many years ago. Don't know if this is any help to anyone. Justine (Teena) McCormick

    2. Thanks for the information. It may well be the family but John would have to be a grandson. I'm working on Julia Driscoll who married a John Mulhearn who died in 1918 they lived at 139 Maple. They had several sons all were tinsmiths up till 1920 when the family lived on Grand. Didn't find the sons after 1920 so it is possible one of them was the father of that John.
