Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. My gggrandmother Christianna Stretz is listed on the 1900 census as living at 287 Franklin Street. I have been trying to find some info on her or her husband Andrew's burial. The last time I find Andrew is in the New York City Directory, 1890 page 6882 Stretz Andrew, sponger, 100 Centre, h Hoboken I have a death certificate for one son Fredrick Stretz who died in 1914.His address is 175 E. Houston Street. Christianna is not found in any census after 1900. Place of buriel for Fredrick is Weehawken Em. in West Hoboken. What does Em mean? I think it might stand for Embalmer (?) since Fredrick died of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. I'd like to find out if Christianna & Andrew are buried there also. The family was Jewish. Where else might they be buried? Arlene
