My great grandfather (Ludwig/Louis Heuer/Hyer/Higher) was in the Hudson County Insane Asylum in 1930. My mother said that he was there because he was injured in the Black Tom Explosion. How do I find out how long he was there and for what reason was he there? Is there any info out there on the asylum? Thanks, Linda
