I've just found a great way to search for a church or cemetery in the area that a anscestor live and I thought I would share it with the message boards. The program is Google Earth and it is a free download. You can search anywhere in the world for an address. In some areas you can zoom in and actually see the house or building that is located at the address. Set the layers to view church and cemetaries and it will show you where they are located. http://earth.google.com/ I've been playing with it for a couple of days now and it has really helped me see the areas where some of my anscestors lived.
