    3. There are also Unofficial World War I Service Records" available on microfilm at the NJ State Archives. You would need to check their website to see if that is a collection that they can search for you by mail. <http://www.state.nj.us/state/darm/links/archives.html> These are filed alphabetically for the whole state and so you do not need to know an exact address to locate the record on the microfilm.
