    3. Dave - Deeds for Secaucus, circa 1960, will be on file in the Register of Deeds Office in the Hudson County Court House in Jersey City. As far as I know neither the deeds nor the indexes are available online. I do not think that they are available for years that are that recent through Family History Centers. You may have to get it from the county. You can find their contact information here: http://www.hudsoncountynj.org/dept/registers_office/ I don't see a price on their schedule for searching the indexes for a deed and making a non-certified copy.
