    3. Penny, I had the same problem and used the Help tab to email ancestry.com for help. They told me that it wasn't possible to save items like index records, which is what I think you're referring to. I also found that frustrating, because I have built several ancestry personal family trees and would like to save references like you are talking about. Not sure if this works, but it might be worth a try, since I don't have ancestry I could not try it out before I posted so if this does not work please do not "kill the messenger" LOL On your keyboard is there a button that is marked "Print Screen" SysRq...If so as the image is on your screen press this button. I think a pic comes up asking where to save it to or it just goes directly to it. I seem to recall hearing of this some eons ago. Nothing to lose except time .
