Hi I used the print screen key all the time. I press the "CTRL" key at lower left corner and the "Print SCRN" key at the top right. This captures the screen as you see it. I then go to a word doc and paste it with a "CTRL" & letter "V"(Insert). You can crop the image to eliminate excess data and then drag the corner to make it bigger.
