Birth certificate # 152, The Doctor who witnessed and signed the certificate was Howard .A. Welcher. His office was located at 7900 Hudson Blvd., North Bergen. At the time of my birth my name was Bernard Smolowitz, I'm now 54 years old. About five years ago I found out I was adopted, and ever since I've been searching and getting nowhere.
