Chris offered to do look-ups from a film she had rented for a week. She was overwhelmed with requests. If you look at the subject line, you will see the name of the family she looked up. In the message are what she found. (It took me a while to understand, too, until I came to my family name. Unfortunately, none of them were mine.) I understand it is confusing for those who didn't ask for a lookup but her husband had what they thought was a heart attack and so, instead of responding to each of us individually, she posted to the list, which was easier for her.
