I would like to thank everybody who responded to the my request for the TISCORNIA surname. As a result of all of your helpfull suggestions, I was able to locate the children of August and Evelyn Tiscornia. Even more important, I was able to locate Evelyn's scrapbook--which is a "treasure trove" of information, as she kept a scrapbook of all of the newspaper articles of all of the NOLAN family. Again, thanks--this bulletin board is great because of the wonderful people who contribute to it!
