Can anyone help me? I'm sure I remember an address you could use on the internet and order birth cert. with a credit card. Is there such a thing and is it valid? I just came across a sister & brother (my great aunt and uncle) that have a birth date of 7 months apart. Garret H. or Harry Vreeland, born 2/26/1876 and Clara A. Vreeland, born 9/15/1876 I have a Baptism record of Clara Augusta Vreeland that states birth date as 9/15/1876 and a Veterans' letter that states "Harry" was born 2/26/1876 and it is addressed to his sister, Clara. I would have to guess the Veterans info is wrong. Any comments? Help? Joan

Probably not. NJ vital records start in 1878. That is the office you place credit card orders with. Birth records 1848 to 1878 are ordered throught the Archives Office.
