Hi Bob Seeing your post made me think. I followed your directions of a few weeks ago to find the JC Library. Worked great. Parking was 'interesting'. I rode around a while and finally found a spot on a side street in front of a boarded up row house. Gentleman on third floor was very helpful, found a few references in the directories. Newspaper search was un successful, I don't know why. I was looking for an obit or an article on gr grandfather who died in JC, had exact date of death. He was reportedly killed by a team of horses that was frightened by a train. I thought that might rate a news item but found nothing. Of course the story may not be true. Thanks for your usual good help and directions.
