Hi Theresa, the fee for death certs before 1878 is $10.00. Send a check to Division of Archives & Record Management, PO Box 307, Trenton, NJ 08625-0307. After 1878 send a check for $4.00 to NJ Vital Statistics, PO Box 370, Trenton, NJ 08625-0370. I always send a SASE, too.
