Lisa, At least one branch of the Vezzetti's stayed at 921 Castle Point Terrace until well after 1920. I went to Hoboken's SS Peter & Paul grammar school with the youngest son, John - he was always known as "Jackie". His older brother Thomas also went to SS. Peter & Paul, and later became mayor of Hoboken. In the 1940's and 1950's the family owned a hotel and bar, The Madison, on the corner of 14th and Washington Streets. I think that there were five children, Frank, Anthony, a daughter whose name I have forgotten, Tom, and Jackie. The closest church was SS. Peter & Paul, still located on the corner of 4th and Hudson Streets. 404 Hudson Street Tel: 201.659.2776 Ray C At 05:33 PM 3/5/01 -0800, Lisa Marin wrote: >Dear Listers, >I have been watching the emails back and forth about >Holy Name Cemetery and always had the feeling that it >had a connection to my family.
