Hello Don, I've confused the State Records Center with the Bureau of Vital Statistics (VS). I included the Hudson County mailing list in my response to you to expose my mistake. Regardless, the VS has not performed appropriately. I have no independent way of determining whether they have a record or not. The evidence, I have, seems to say that they did not do their job.
