    1. [NJHUDSON-L] FLEET DOLAN
    2. Maureen Shelly
    3. I'm not sure if this would be of interest to you or not. When I was a little girl in Englewood, NJ, there was an older boy in the neighborhood named FLEET DOLAN. In looking back, I had always thought he was a big Swede or Norwegian. Since subscribing to genealogy mail lists, I have learned these are both Irish surnames and I have seen both on the Hudson County list. If you think this family may be related I could give you a little more info about it. 1. Re: [NJHUDSON-L] Re: NJHUDSON-D Holy Name Cemetery
    2. Maureen Shelly
    3. I can't speak for Holy Name but LDS has records of Our Lady of Grace, Hoboken ..... In West Hoboken there was St. Michael's, and it may be listed. LDS has an online catalog you can use at Family Search. I got to the FHC and use a microfiche catalog for Hudson that has tons of Hudson County Churches, etc. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kathy Linskey" <kml@landmarknet.net> To: <NJHUDSON-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, March 18, 2001 4:22 PM Subject: [NJHUDSON-L] Re: NJHUDSON-D Holy Name Cemetery > Is there any way to get ahold of cemetery records from Holy Name Cemetery > without going there or writing? 3. The LDS has microfilmed Holy Name's records. You could also call them. I found Holy Name VERY helpful over the phone. They checked four names over the phone and read me the entire burial record. One plot had eleven names in it! The only other Catholic Cemetery in Hudson County is St. Peter's Cemetery. Like Holy Name, it is in Jersey City. St. Peter's records are held by Holy Name Cemetery. If you don't find your relatives there, try Holy Cross in North Arlington. It's just over the line in Bergen County. ----- Original Message ----- From: <NJHUDSON-D-request@rootsweb.com> To: <NJHUDSON-D@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, March 19, 2001 2:02 AM Subject: NJHUDSON-D Digest V01 #72
