I think my wife's Isaiah 1770-1830 and Mary Sooy Johnson LIVED JUST north across the river,in Little Egg Harbor Twnsp,then Burnlington Co,NJ. iSAIAH came s Williamsburg,Clermont,Oh by [?]1810. 5 miles n of Williamsburg,1809,came Wm and Lucretia Johnson Smith, followed,1811, by Sam and Hannah Johnson Ashton-they were daughters of Wm,of Benj ,Johnson,of Tom's River,NJ shore-NOW Ocean Co. 100+ families came from the Mullica River area nw Atlantic City to Clermont, 1803-1830's with the Dan'l Doughty's,and the James Ewan's among the later ones.
