Hi, Anna. I am not familiar with these exact names, but I have both HORNER and SHIVERS in my line, and both names are in Gloucester Co. As for marriage certificate/record, suggest you try "New Jersey Marriage Records 1665-1800" by William Nelson. It should be available at your library, or available on interlibrary loan, depending where you live. They may also be Quaker, so you will want to look in the "Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy" by William Wade Hinshaw. This is multi volume book, and vol 2 covers Salem, Burlington, Falls Monthly Meetings. Good luck.
