Background: My grandmother [Minnie (MORRIS) BALLERSTEDT] is buried in the Cedar Green Cemetery in Clayton. The date on her stone is 1918. The 1910 Census lists her with dad and grandfather in Philadelphia. The 1920 Census lists grandfather, dad and great grandmother in Philadelphia. I have reason to believe that grandmother was institutionalized, but I don't know where. Question: What is the best way to determine Minnie's place of death so that I can obtain a death certificate.
