Nice find Susan! For those of us having problems with URLs (try clicking or cutting & pasting the one below) the main page is: http://cdl.library.cornell.edu/moa/ This is a digital library of "primary sources in American social history from the antebellum period through reconstruction. The collection is particularly strong in the subject areas of education, psychology, American history, sociology, religion, and science and technology." The nice part is you can do an ancestor search across the entire library. A good place to while away those long winter hours. Happy Holidays! I thought someone on the list might be interested if you haven't already found it. The title of the book is "Register in alphabetical order of early settlers of Kings Co LI, NY," by Teunis G. Bergan, published in 1881. it is searchable which is a real plus. Hopefully, someone will find something new here. Susan Winters
