Hi Everyone - I usually like to thank everyone individually, but, there were just so many willing to help that it would take me awhile! I have gone through them all and am saddened to say that despite all your kindness, none of them are my great great great grandparents. I was going on a lead from a kind lady who has books on the Methodist-Episcopal Churches for that area during the time that my great great grandparents were married, she stumbled across William and Emma as Sunday School teachers from 1875-1879 at a church located mear where my great great grandparents were living during the 1900 census. I should have put that according to the 1900 census, Harry's parents, along with Harry were all born in Delaware, I think I did put that for Harry, just not his parents. I apologize for missing that fact. I do try to give all information. Anyway, if anyone comes across anything with a Harry BENNETT born in May of 1867 in Delaware, or a Ruhanah (sp) KELLER born Feb of 1874 in Ohio, who's mother was born in NJ and father in Germany, please keep me in mind. I do know that as of the 1900 census, Harry and Ruhanah (sp) were living on Ambler Street in Camden and had a baby girl named Ruby, born Feb. 2, 1899, that Harry was an Engineer and a well digger, apparently at that time, the Engineer dug the well also. The story goes that they moved at some point to GouldTown, Fairfield, Twp, NJ (and no, to answer it before it's asked, they were not colored, although GouldTown was a predominantly colored community at the time, hoping I'm being politically correct with my terms here, I do not want to offend anyone). Anyway, Harry apparently died in the 1920's and Ruhanah (sp) remarried, but no one can remember her second husbands last name. They (Harry and Ruhanah (sp)) also had three more children, no idea of any dates: Harry Jr. who married Anna Unknown - no children; Roy - wife unknown - one known son, Roy Jr.; and Bessie who married Ed Morgan - children unknown. Anyway, if anyone should happen to stumble upon this in their searches, please keep me in mind, this family is a huge brick wall for me! Thank you all again for all of your efforts, it is greatly appreciated, no matter how it turned out, please feel free to ask if I can ever be of assistance to anyone! Take care - Deb California _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
