Hi Mona, Did you mean Bernauer originally...I thought you wanted Brierley. There is a listing for A. L. Bernauer & Son 133 Niagra Street 07103 344-1508 no area code listed...this is in 1994. There is also: Brickus F/H 183 Littleton Ave 07103 and Buyus F/H 426 Lafayette 07105, all in Newark. I also have 1998 funeral home book and those three are also listed in it. I have a friend who has an old funeral book that sometimes tells where old records are located. I will e-mail her and see if she can come up with something. In the meantime, would the Newark not Museum, but where the Genealogical Group meets, they just moved couple years ago to, I think Lincoln Park or the old Hotel Rbt Treat, can't think of it. Ilsa
