My grandfather worked for Pratt and Standard Oil in Brooklyn, NY in the 1880's as a box maker. He was in Newark in 1896 and was a box maker in 1898 when he lived in Queens. Does anyone know of Standard Oil in Newark in 1896? My Uncle was baptized at St. Michael's church that year. > I never knew that the family lived outside of Brooklyn and then Queens New York. Does anyone know of what resources are available to find information about where they were in Newark. They lived in Queens in 1891 and were back there in 1898. > > Jerry Tobin > > > ==== NJESSEX Mailing List ==== > Researching Newark?
