    3. David Checking the NJ State Archives website, as someone else suggested, is a good place to start. They do have copies of the records on microfilm. However, they cannot service that collection for requests by mail or email. They can provide you with a list of researchers that use their collections and could make the copies for you for a reasonable fee.
