My GGrandfather was in Germantown PA 1900 and it says that he got off the ship in NY 2 days before . no ship name and he had been here for 10 years . and he became a citizen in days a week . by the way the Declaration of Intention was from Newark NJ . it was the local Court to give citizenship if the papers never got to the county or state you have ea hard time finding them .
