    1. [NJESSEX] zero response from Audrey
    2. Audrey-- your five posts yesterday at NJEssex reminded me that I never received any response from you to the following "ELMER" post of mine of 2/6/07-- also recorded in the NJEssex archives (http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/NJESSEX/2007-02). Did you not receive this? I had also found some MILLS info in my family's genealogy database-- but decided not to send this to you until I received a response. I think I'll hold off reading (and possibly replying) to your posts of yesterday until I better understand your lack of communication. And remember that it is more blessed to give than receive. Looks like we share the same ancient Senior Citizen birth year ................John (in metro Chicago) =========================================================== Subject: Re: [NJESSEX] [E] ELMER + CRANE (Westfield, etc.) Date: 2/6/2007 10:59:58 A.M. ELMER. m (3) Elizabeth "Betsey" FRAZEE Dr. Philemon ELMER's siblings are given as: Jonathan, John, Moses Gale, and Nathan ELMER. No sisters are mentioned. I am trying to find a family connection for my MILLS family. I have the following: William MILLS (1722-1794) m Amy ??? (????-bef. 1799); both of Westfield ....William MILLS (1752-1815) m Rebecca (no dates); both of Westfield .......Philemon Elmer MILLS (ca 1773 Westfield, NJ -1853 Hamilton Co., OH) .......William W. MILLS (brother of Philemon Elmer MILLS) named son Philemon Elmer MILLS, who also named a son Philemon Elmer MILLS. It appears that somehow there may have been a relationship between the ELMER & MILLS families, perhaps in the maiden names of Amy or Rebecca, but nothing more is known. Are there any ELMER researchers out there? Audrey >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
