I have the strongest possible ydna evidence he is of the NJ Harris family founded by James Harris, immigrant to Essex Co NJ in 1725 from Bristol, England. Has anyone researching this NJ Harris family come across possible parent for Caleb? Caleb Russell Harris may be the Caleb Harris who joined army in war of 1812 at Morristown NJ and was in an Albany NY hospital in 1815.
