    3. I checked out the Ball/Miles line and sent a letter to wmgmiles@ix.net.com.com and was returned.: content below Checked out the Ball genealogy site and came across some of my surnames. My ggf Rev. William H. McCormick b-Morristown, NJ 1832 had a younger brother Osborne that died at 1 1/2 years of age and buried in lst. Presbyterian Church of Newark, NJ. Bedell is said to be related to Rev. William so it was said at Bedell Funeral Home, Tottenville, NJ. by Dr. Herbert V. McCormick b-1869 who was one of Rev. Wm's sons. Rev. Wm.'s oldest son was Rev. Charles Wesley 1856 President of Centennial Methodist College in Hackettstown, NJ and died in Orange, NJ 1920. His daughter Josephine Martin who lived in Scotch Plains and wrote a few books on history of NJ. Your line also mentions Force --Rev. Wm's wife was Josephine Force of Rahway, NJ line. Meeker, Pierson & Ogden were related by marriage. My gf Samuel Smith 1873 NJ was named after Elwell Samuel Ogden Rev. Wm had a son willlam L living in Westfield who had two sons one of which was Edwin. The father of Rev. William was Hiram G. McCormick married to Ginnette (Janet) Munroe at lst. Methodist Church of Morris Co. 1828. He was a long time shoemaker in Newark, NJ. Any connection.
