I had been to the cemetery before and had non-digital photos on a sunny day with shadows from trees obscuring the lettering on the stones. So over the winter, I waited for an overcast day. I remembered that one grave was on the outer perimeter of the section, but the section was large. The first truck of employees were nice and helped me locate the actual grave. They left. There are a few stones at this grave, so I took out my camera and started taking the group picture and then the individual stone pictures. That's when another employee pulled up in a truck and said that pictures aren't permitted, that there is a sign posted at the entrance. I said that I did not see such a sign and that the stones belong to my family and we would like pictures. He stood there while I finished "to make sure" that I didn't take pictures of any other stones. He explained that the policy was to "keep weirdos out." There are other family members buried in other sections and I wanted their pictures also, but I left because I didn't want him following me and harassing me about the pictures.

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone.
