I am planning a trip to NJ in Oct as a side trip. I am descended from GARTHWAIT, JEFFERS, TOWNLEY. All these are from the Union/Conn. Farms/Elizabeth area around the time of the Rev. War. I am also descended from THARP, WINANS, MELYN families during the same period and before and after.
