Dear Muriel, I own a copy of the PIERSON MILLENNIUM published in 1997 and I looked up every Mary Ann Pierson mentioned in the book (15 of them) and not a one had a birth date of 1811. Where is your Mary Ann buried and when did she die? Is is possible that she was the widow of a Pierson and Mr. A. Smith was her second husband?
