    1. NY / NJ connections
    2. In searching the LDS site I found two possible connections First I found a marriage for George B Loveless to Mary K Newton in Newark NJ in1866. I believe this to be a connection to my line as - 1 My George B Lovelace buried a Mary K Lovelace in Faimount Cemetery in 1869. She was 26 married and died of peritoniotis. 2. George married Elizabeth Riker daughter of George and Elizabeth Riker in 1872 Also buried in George's cemetery plot is a Susie Newton whom up until this time I have not been able to connect to the family. Second I found a marriage of George W Riker and Elizabeth Godby with marriage date the year previous to Elizabeth Rikers birth. Joseph Godby was witness to George Lovelace and Elizabeth Rikers marriage. William Devoe was the other witness. Now I must view the original films for these two events to verify the material but I feel fairly comfortable withthe information. Now if I could just find John Lovelxxx's parents!! John and Sarah Drake Lovelxxx are found in the Forestburgh, Sullivan County census for 1850 and 1860. In a book listing Zephaniah Drake and Rebecca Shons as parents of Sarah Drake, Jonathan Lovelace is listed as her husband. Would also like to find the connection of William W Hartwell (born in 1829) to John and Sally and George as he is listed in George's bible!! Good hunting Doris Mayer Reece
