Hello ECRs, A few of you have written to me this past weekend inquiring as to why the Web Site for the Essex County Clerk was unavailable. Today was the first time that I've been able to get through to it but it seems that instead of the Clerks Web Site, the Registrars Web Site comes up. I've put in a phone call to the Clerk's Office and left a message on their message system. Hopefully they will call me back and explain what happened to their site. On the INS front, it seems as if the Naturalization Dept. has been able to recover their asbestos covered records and they are once again available. Good Luck, Glenn G.
