Several of my ancestors were carpenters , including James Riley of Belleville . Would anyone know of any sites that deal with turn of the century (1900)techniques and tools ? I always wondered how they did things without electricity . Also , has anyone found any Labor Union archives ? Possibly he joined the Carpenter's Union . Mahalo , Kevin
