Hi, I am at a dead end on a relative. Her name was Mary (Marie) Schandel. She was born c.1882 in Germany(?) and died in c.1915, from childbirth complications, in Newark NJ. Her parents were Paul Schandel and Johanna Schwartz. I believe she had a brother Steven. She married my grandfather, John Joseph Treier in July 11, 1905 in St. Benedict's Church in Newark NJ. I have not been able to find a death certificate on her and I have no idea where she was buried. If anyone is related to the Schandels and is researching, please contact me.
