Hello List: Has anyone heard of "Caldwell Penitentiary"? On my uncles marriage certificate one of his witnesses signed his name and next to it said Caldwell Penitentiary. Seemed kind of strange to see where from and this was listed. I discovered also from my mom that my uncle was unfortunately in there as well. Question is would this be public information? Can someone get copies of records and would they still have them for the years 1925-1935? Thanks again! Estelle
